How's It Thunder was slow to begin.
In A Jam and How's It Thunder collided soon after the start. Big Butterbean and In A Jam collided on the first turn. Violet Sky and Voluptuous Blue collided on the home turn and again several times in the home straight.
Violet Sky was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr I. Dann, the trainer of Violet Sky regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
