Steward's Report
Due to the recent extreme weather conditions over the past two days, Stewards inspected the Healesville track at 07:30am and deemed the track safe for racing. The track was further inspected at 09:30am.
A pre-race sample was taken from Trapezius.
Big Deal, Trapezius and Johnny McKenley were slow to begin.
Big Deal and Trapezius collided soon after the start, checking Maggie Mikado. Major Gas and Alpanda collided soon after the start. Alpanda checked off Major Gas at the 250m mark. Johnny McKenley and Maggie Mikado collided at the 150m mark. Big Deal and Johnny McKenley collided at the 100m mark. Trapezius checked off Maggie Mikado approaching the 50m mark. Johnny McKenley and Trail Blazer collided approaching the winning post.
