Steward's Report
This meeting was deemed hot weather affected. In accordance with the hot weather pollcy the kennel temperatures were recorded prior to the first 4 events. The outside temperature was then below 32 degrees.
The kennel temperature prior to this event was 18 degrees.
Bronelly Jet was slow to begin. Water Colour and Paisley collided soon after the start causing Water Colour to stumble and fall. Cosmo Lass, Mahi Indian, Aston Abbott and Weeona Garf collided soon after the start. Paisley, Cosmo Lass and Mahi Indian collided approaching the first turn checking Cosmo Lass and Mahi Indian. Paisley was checked off Aston Abbott approaching the home turn.
Water Colour was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
A sample was taken from Bronelly Jet - winner of the event.
