A pre-race sample was taken from Tilly Rocks.
The start of this race was delayed by approximately one and a half minutes due to the testing of the lure prior to this event.
Eftpos Jess and Mahjong Princess collided soon after the start. Nolen's Fortune and Midnite Starling collided approaching the first turn. Midnite Fortune raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight. Nolen's Fortune and Tilly Rocks collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Nolen's Fortune and Tilly Rocks collided in the home straight.
Midnite Starling was vetted and re-vetted following event 12. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hamstraing injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
