Track Curator Mr. M. Pell advised stewards that the track was lightly harrowed on 13th August 2017.
Izzy Kymtony, Prized and Cool Al collided soon after the start checking Prized. Izzy Kymtony and Cool Al collided approaching the first turn. Go Dan, Beljay Lilac and Izzy Kymtony collided on the first turn severely checking Izzy Kymtony and checking Better Way. Go Dan, Beljay Lilac and Geopack Ruby collided in the back straight checking Go Dan. Prized clipped the heels of Cool Al approaching the second turn. Beljay Lilac, Geopark Ruby, Go Dan and Nareen collided on the second turn checking Go Dan and severely checking Nareen. Prized and Better Way collided approaching the home turn. Izzy Kymtony and Nareen collided approaching the home turn. Cool Al and Geopark Ruby collided on the home turn. Better Way galloped on the heels of Cool Al entering the home straight severely checking Better Way. Go Dan galloped on the heels of Cool Al entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.
