Miss Dangerwood, Rogue One and Secret Chord collided on the first turn, checking Secret Chord and Yolk's Boy. Rogue One and Fast Trapper collided approaching the home turn, checking Rogue One. Miss Dangerwood raced wide in the home straight.

Captain Marvel was a late scratching at 2.17pm illness. (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Not Loitering was quick to begin. Lush Life checked off Gehring Bale approaching the first turn. Lush Life checked off Verev on the first turn. Verev eased approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Solkhon, the handler of the greyhound Verev regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Verev was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right quadriceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), stewards charged Verev with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Solkhon pleaded guilty to the charge, Verev was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Away We Go and Goldenpaw Jet were slow to begin. Isen Allen and Sporto Brian collided approaching the first turn, checking Sporto Brian. Isen Allen and Sidey collided on the first turn, checking Spring Baker, Sala Bale and Fess Crockett, and severely checking Sidey. Sala Bale checked off Fess Crockett on the home turn. Fess Crockett crossed to the rail in the home straight, checking Sidey. 

Sidey was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the right front and left hind legs. No stand down period was imposed.

I'm A Princess checked off Bungaloo Ruby soon after the start. Crymelon Kit and Bungaloo Ruby collided approaching the first turn, checking Bungaloo Ruby. Ruby's Willow checked off Outlaw Eddie on the first turn, checking I'm A Princess. Bungaloo Ruby and Colden Blue Boy collided on the first turn, checking Colden Blue Boy. Ruby's Willow raced wide on the home turn. Ledgerwood Molly and Jim's Hotel collided in the home straight, checking Ledgerwood Molly. 

Colden Blue Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right back muscle and right triangle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Fear Helvetia was a late scratching at 5.12pm due to state the specific illness. (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Tally Ho Billy, Valoshore and Born Billy collided approaching the first turn, checking Valoshore. Secret Choice and Spring's Over collided on the first turn, checking Secret Choice. Valoshore checked off the heels of Secret Choice approaching the home turn. Spring's Over and Tally Ho Billy raced wide in the home straight.

Calabasas was quick to begin. Relethor Bale and Superior Swagger collided soon after the start, checking Relethor Bale. Mepunga Joffa and Superior Swagger collided approaching the first turn. Mepunga Joffa checked off Superior Swagger on the first turn, checking Relethor Bale. 

Teflon Toby which fell approaching the catching pen, was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the right front foot. No stand down period was imposed.
