Steward's Report
Poker Brat, All Inn Tops and Gunnadoo Will were slow to begin. Monaleen Deejay and Spring Drifter collided approaching the first turn, checking Spring Drifter. Poker Brat, Monaleen Deejay and Little Makril collided on the first turn, checking Little Makril and severely checking Poker Brat. Poker Brat cramped entering the home straight and tailed off.
Poker Brat was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left foreleg shoulder injury, a seven day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr H McAdam, the trainer of the greyhound Poker Brat. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
