Steward's Report
Chief Brit, King Gibbo and Miss Belladonna collided soon after the start checking Chief Brit. Spy Miss and King Gibbo collided at the 200m mark. Spy Miss eased at the 50m mark.
Spy Miss was vetted and after being revetted following event 10, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Mr. H. Taylor, Handler of the greyhound Spy Miss, regarding the greyhound's racing manners at the 50m mark. Acting under GAR69(a)(1), Stewards charged Spy Miss with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. H Taylor pleaded guilty to the charge. Spy Miss was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Healesville only and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
