Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Angelo Zampichelli, the trainer of Donkey Tron, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Donkey Tron last raced on 11 December 2016 and is returning after a right shoulder and left fibula injuries.
Broadcast Ted, Blue Afro and Donkey Tron were slow to begin. Aston Viva and Mon Mekki Khan crossed to the rail soon after the start. Aston Viva checked off Mon Mekki Kahn approaching the 150m mark. Broadcast Ted and Bernmar Caviar collided at the 100m mark. Donkey Tron raced wide throughout the event.
A sample was taken from Mon Mekki Kahn, the winner of the event.
