Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mrs. H. Collins, the representative of Hercules Bale regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Hercules Bale last raced on 10th December, 2016. Mrs. Collins stated that Hercules Bale was returning to race after sustaining an injury to the right hip support.
A pre-race sample was taken from Tricky Tron.
Rido's Ace and Tricky Tron collided soon after the start checking Rido's Ace. Roll 'Em Maggie crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Jazzy Bale and severely checking Rido's Ace and Hercules Bale. Rido's Ace checked off Jazzy Bale approaching the home turn. Tricky Tron checked off Heartbreak Hotel approaching the home turn. Tricky Tron checked off Blue Ivy on the home turn checking Jazzy Bale. Jazzy Bale raced wide entering the home straight.
