Jesaulenko was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained mild soreness to the left triangle muscle, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mrs T. Morris, Trainer of Jesaulenko.  Acting under GAR 69(1), Stewards charged Jesaulenko with marring.  Mrs Morris pleaded not guilty to the charge.  Jesaulenko was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at  Sandown Park and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Destini Wildfire was vetted prior to the event and was passed fit to compete.

Zipping Nolen and Dream Ticket were slow to begin.  Magic Ambush and Mighty Matlock collided soon after the start checking Mighty Matlock.  Lyka Allen and Addictive Riley collided soon after the start checking Destini Wildfire and Addictive Riley.  Dream Ticket checked off Addictive Riley approaching the first turn.  Mighty Matlock, Destini Wildfire, Addictive Riley and Lyka Allen collided on the first turn checking Zipping Nolen, severely checking Addictive Riley and Dream Ticket, which raced wide as a result.  Magic Ambush, Zipping Nolen and Lyka Allen collided on the second turn checking Lyka Allen.  Magic Ambush checked off Destini Wildfire entering the home straight checking Zipping Nolen. 

Ritza Lenny, Sturridge, Brazen Bomber, Bag Of Magic and Wynburn Alpha were slow to begin.  Brazen Bomber raced wide soon after the start checking Bag Of Magic and Wynburn Alpha.  Ritza Lenny and Sturridge collided soon after the start.  Harry Steiger checked off Moonlit Wings approaching the first turn.  Wynburn Alpha checked off Brazen Bomber on the first turn.  Wynburn Alpha stumbled and lost ground as a result. Nymeria was quick to begin.  Kryptonian was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Paraphernalia and Jack Walker were slow to begin and collided soon after the start checking Paraphernalia and Kryptonian.  Jack Walker, Mystery Ride and Aston Regas collided on the first turn checking Single Sticka and Aston Regas, which raced wide as a result.  Kryptonian checked off Paraphernalia approaching the second turn and clipped the heels of Aston Regas, collided with Single Sticka, checking both greyhounds.  Tax Man Wins checked off Jack Walker on the second turn checking Mystery Ride.  Aston Regas checked off Paraphernalia entering the back straight.  Tax Man Wins contacted the running rail on the third turn checking Tax Man Wins and Mystery Ride.  Mystery Ride raced wide as a result.  Tax Man Wins and Mystery Ride raced wide on the home turn.  Mystery Ride and Single Sticka raced wide in the home straight.

Krytponian was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right back muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
