Stewards were advised that the track was deeply harrowed on Thursday 4 February.
The GRV heat policy has been implemented for this race meeting. Kennel tempreture 21 deg. Kennel humidity 83%
J. Palma, trainer of Bingo Sally declared a new weight of 25.6kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Bingo Sally last raced at 27.3kgs.
Fiery Chief was slow to begin. Hawks Three Peat and Catalan Flyer collided soon after the start. Chrysanthemum crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Fiery Chief, causing Fiery Chief raced wide as a result. Tree Climber Liv crossed to the outside son after the start, checking Savio's Flyer, Brazen Fool, Bingo Sally and Chrysanthemum, causing Brazen Fool to race wide as a result. Chrysanthemum crossed to the rail approaching the 200m mark, checking Bingo Sally. Tree Climber Liv and Catalan Flyer collided at the 150m mark.
Bingo Sally was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
