Steward's Report
This event was delayed by 8 minutes after the handler of Predemonic, Mr. M. Ryan had difficulties in boxing the greyhound. As a result of this delay all greyhounds were withdrawn from the boxes and re-vetted. All greyhounds were passed fit to race and the event commenced.
Chew Boy was quick to begin. Cathy's Tiger and Janray Lady Muck collided at the 200 metre mark. Rhiannon Royale and Janray Lady Muck collided at the 150 metre mark. Predemonic, Alyssa Rose and Janray Lady Muck collided at the 150 metre mark. Rhiannon Royale galloped on the heels of Chew Boy approaching the winning post.
Rhiannon Royale was vetted following event 10. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right hock and right triangle muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
