Meteor Thunder and Lucky Seed collided soon after the start.  Two Dollar Pots and He's Some Love collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking He's Some Love.  Sea Fever crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Zabdon Bluey, Steel The Best and Meteor Thunder.  Zabdon Bluey and Two Dollar Pots collided approaching the second turn checking Zabdon Bluey, Two Dollar Pots and Lucky Seed.  Meteor Thunder and Lucky Seed collided approaching the second turn.  Steel The Best and Sea Fever collided on the third turn checking Zabdon Bluey and Steel The Best.  Dr. Compulsion checked off Two Dollar Pots approaching the home turn checking Lucky Seed.  Dr. Compulsion, Meteor Thunder and Lucky Seed collided on the home turn checking Dr. Compulsion and Meteor Thunder.

Quartz Vein was a late scratching at 6.21pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to dehydration. A5 day stand down period was imposed.

Extreme Magic was quick to begin.  Moneypenny, Jake and It's A Bird were slow to begin.

Polijuice Potion checked off Extreme Magic on the first turn.  Moneypenny and Polijuice Potion collided on the second turn.

Eminent Reality was slow to begin.  Shima Song, Quotation Mark, Invictus Rapid, Sacramento Sal and Zipping Arnold collided approaching the first turn checking Shima Song, Quotation Mark and Invictus Rapid.  Shima Song, Sacramento Sal and Allen Dynamo collided on the first turn checking Allen Dynamo, Sacramento Sal and Eminent Reality.  Eminent Reality galloped on Invictus Rapid approaching the home turn checking Sacramento Sal, Zipping Arnold and Eminent Reality.

A sample was taken from Shima Song - winner of the event.

Zipping Lexi, Destini Dolphin and Galloping Fantom collided soon after the start.  Pee Cripps and Zipping Lexi collided on the first turn.  My Regina faltered and pulled up in the back straight checking Zipping Lexi.

My Regina was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right deltoid and possible right scapula fracture, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Invictus Lawless - winner of the event.

Eyes On You, Jailor Bale and Tiggerlong Thief were quick to begin.  Golden Warrior and Dr. Walter were slow to begin.

Louie Lasagna and Golden Warrior collided soon after the start.  Eyes On You and Louie Lasagna collided on the first turn checking Louie Lasagna.  Louie Lasagna and Golden Warrior collided on the second turn severely checking Dr. Walter which stumbled, severely checking Louie Lasagna which fell as a result.  Jailor Bale and Eyes On You collided in the back straight checking Eyes On You.  Eyes On You and Tiggerlong Thief collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Louie Lasagna was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left elbow injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Wot Price Flash was a late scratching at1.24pm due to a monkey muscle injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted
