Destini Scorcher was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left triangle.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Texas Titan was slow to begin.  Texas Titan and One Cup Short collided soon after the start.  Can Can Hurrican, Callum's Mum and Ima Misha Doll collided soon after the start checking Callum's Mum.  Texas Titan, One Cup Short, Prancing Magic and City Rambler collided in the front straight checking Texas Titan, One Cup Short, Prancing Magic, City Rambler and Callum's Mum.  Texas Titan and City Rambler collided in the front straight.  One Cup Short checked off Prancing Magic approaching the second turn.  Can Can Hurrican and Ima Misha Doll collided on the second turn.  One Cup Short checked off Kilcolegan Cross entering the home straight and collided with Texas Titan.

Callum's Mum was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Prancing Magic was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 6, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right calf and right wrist.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. A. Xerri, the trainer of the greyhound Prancing Magic.  Stewards deemed the performance of Prancing Magic unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Prancing Magic must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Eyes Adorable and Sisco Fiasco collided soon after the start checking Eyes Adorable.  Le Luca, Sisco Fiasco and Tiggerlong Katut collided approaching the first turn checking Eyes Adorable.  Mrs. Huang, Not Held and No Jockey Needed collided on the first turn checking Mrs. Huang, Not Held and Eyes Adorable.  Sisco Fiasco, Le Luca and Mrs. Huang collided approaching the second turn checking Sisco Fiasco.

Walt Bale and Dewana Hitman collided soon after the start.  Folio Bale, He's So Good, Mr. Make Believe, Gunmetal Rebel and Dewana Hitman collided on the first turn checking Walt Bale and Mr. Make Believe and causing He's So Good to fall.  Folio Bale checked off Dewana Hitman on the second turn and collided with Gunmetal Rebel.  Duomo Bale checked off Not Broken on the home turn and lost considerable ground in the home straight as a result.

Mr. Make Believe was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocated left hind toe (D4).  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Duomo Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained cramping.  No stand down period was imposed.
