Steward's Report
Bolare and Twist were slow to begin. Seeking Stars crossed to the rail soon after the start checking All Inn Chumlee, Clavash, Ultimate Impulse, Bolare and Winlock Macy. Ultimate Impulse contact the running rail on the first turn causing Ultimate Impulse to lose ground. Clavash galloped on Winlock Macy on the first turn checking Winlock Macy and severely checking Clavash and Ultimate Impulse. Clavash and Ultimate Impulse. tailed off as a result. Bolare checked off Twist on the first turn. Twist checked off Seeking Stars approaching the home turn.
Ultimate Impulse was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.
Clavash was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.
