Steward's Report
Lunar Magic and Zipping Minnie were slow to begin. Big Hook was very slow to begin (5 lengths). Lunar Magic and Zipping Minnie collided approaching the first turn checking Lunar Magic. Classic Moments, Awesome Moccasin, Tiger Hugo and Eat My Shorts collided on the first turn checking Classic Moments. Big Hook galloped on Zipping Minnie on the first turn severely checking Zipping Minnie. Awesome Moccasin and Tiger Hugo collided on the home turn.
Zipping Minnie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion on the left hind leg and a puncture wound to the left hind metatarsus, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
