Steward's Report
In A Rush went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (4L). Captain Risky, Bundy Princess, Myrtle Grange and Dani Bale collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Captain Risky, Bundy Princess and In A Rush. Dani Bale checked off Sam's General on the first turn. Captain Risky checked off Why Not Justin approaching the home turn. Why Not Justin faltered on the home turn. Captain Risky checked off Myrtle Grange in the home straight.
Why Not Justin was vetted and after being re-vetted following event five, it was reported that the greyhound sustained right foreleg shoulder joint, right hindleg hock and right hindleg groin injuries, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
