Steward's Report
Rozehill Lisa was quick to begin. Tyga Talk and Senor Neo were slow to begin. Why Not Jetta and China Plate collided soon after the start. Perfect Tess and Turbo Norris collided approaching the first turn. Why Not Jetta and Blue Fitz collided on the first turn. Rozehill Lisa, China Plate and Perfect Tess collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds which raced wide as a result. Why Not Jetta, Blue Fitz and Turbo Norris collided on the first turn checking Blue Fitz. Senor Neo was checked off Blue Fitz on the first turn and collided with Turbo Norris. Rozehill Lisa and Senor Neo collided on the second turn. Tyga Talk and Turbo Norris collided on the second turn and again on the third turn checking Tyga Talk, Senor Neo and Rozehill Lisa. China Plate was checked off Senor Neo approaching the home turn and raced wide as a result.
China Plate was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left wrist and right pencil muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
The photo finish equipment failed to capture an image for this event. The placings were decided with the use of the backup video equipment and on the judges observations.
