Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Anlezark, trainer of Collect regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Collect last raced on 14th June, 2015. Mr. Anlezark stated that Collect is returning to racing after sustaining a monkey muscle injury.
Sparkeen and Roman Baroque collided soon after the start. Echelonic Action and Oaklands collided on the first turn. Sparkeen and Gaelic Peter collided in the back straight. Sparkeen checked off Seabrook Joel on the second turn. Echelonic Action checked off Sparkeen on the second turn. Gaelic Peter and Seabrook Joel collided on the second turn checking Seabrook Joel. Roman Baroque and Smiley Sam collided on the home turn.
Aeroplane Katie was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
