Steward's Report
Track Curator Mr. M. Pell advised stewards that the track was lightly harrowed on 24th October 2016.
Daintree Destroy was a late scratching at 7:44am due to illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Starter Mr. P. Nichols did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Mr. M. Marshall, trainer of Iconic Chief declared a new weight of 32.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Iconic Chief last raced at 31.1kg.
Riverside Mons was quick to begin. Azza and Warringal Miss collided soon after the start and approaching the first turn. Azza checked off Vanderville Girl on the first turn.
