From The Dark, Brandeen Peaches and Shake were slow to begin. Big Bold Boomer and Split Chic collided soon after the start checking Big Bold Boomer. From The Dark and Brandeen Peaches collided on the first turn checking Brandeen Peaches. From The Dark and Shake collided on the first turn checking Shake. Split Chic and Quina Bale collided entering the front straight. Brandeen Peaches and Shake collided entering the front straight checking both greyhounds.
