Stewards spoke to Mr G.Bahen, trainer of Hello Darlin' with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing. Hello Darlin last raced on 5 March 2015. Mr Bahen stated that Hello Darlin is returning to racing after being on season. Stewards noted Mr Bahen's comments.

Miss Paws was slow to begin.  Snowy Hunt and Hello Darlin' collided soon after the start, checking Miss Paws, Snowy Hunt, Hello Darlin' and Aston Agile.  Busby Boy and Snaphook Sticka collided soon after the start.  Snowy Hunt and Hello Darlin' collided several times from the 250m mark until the 150m mark.  Busby Boy and Aston Agile collided at the 200m mark.

Remember Train was quick to begin.  Misty Febey, Zambora Jai and Watch This Space were slow to begin.  Zambora Jai, Watch This Space and She's Ours collided soon after the start, checking Zambora Jai, Watch This Space, Lil' Scallywag and She's Ours.  Cyclone Pete and November Fantasy collided approaching the 200m mark, checking She's Ours and Cyclone Pete.  She's Ours and Cyclone Pete collided at the 150m mark, checking She's Ours.

Almani Bobby and Wicked Willow were quick to begin.  Carbon Panther and Black Oak were slow to begin.  Imaculee, Almani Bobby and Premier Diva collided soon after the start, checking Carbon Panther, Imaculee and Almani Bobby.  Almani Bobby and Premier Diva collided approaching the 300m mark, checking both greyhounds.  Carbon Panther and Margaret Jean collided approaching the 100m mark.  Margaret Jean and Wicked Willow collided approaching the winning post.

Carbon Panther was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazes to the right forearm.  No stand down period was imposed.  Stewards issued a warning to C Paez, the trainer of Carbon Panther regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mr D,Jarvis trainer of Fang Larky with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing. Fang Larky last raced on 6 April 2015. Mr Jarvis stated that Fang Larky is returning to racing after being spelled. Stewards noted Mr Jarvis's comments.

Bone Crusher and Razor Hawk were slow to begin.  Heleray Jarda and Bone Crusher collided soon after the start.  Bone Crusher and Razor Hawk collided at the 250m mark, checking Razor Hawk.

A sample was taken from Bran Nue Shewama - the winner of the event.

Noonbarra Joe and Sultan Of Swing were slow to begin.  Eli's Jet, Young Hawk and Sultan Of Swing collided soon after the start, checking Young Hawk and Sultan Of Swing.  Sheza Gym Junky and Noonbarra Joe collided soon after the start.  Sheza Gym Junky checked off Noonbarra Joe at the 300m mark.  Sultan Of Swing and Usain Burst collided approaching the 250m mark.  Young Hawke and Usain Burst collided approaching the 250m mark.  Sultan Of Swing and Usain Burst collided approaching the 200m mark.

Max Moon and Gaelic Peter were slow to begin.  Pod's Elect crossed to the rail soon after the start.  Max Moon, Gaelic Peter, Full On Bling and Pod's Elect collided at the 300m mark.  Max Moon, Full On Bling and Pod's Elect collided at the 250m mark and again at the 150m mark, checking Pod's Elect.

Stewards spoke to Mr J.Kirk trainer of Royal Knocka with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing. Royal Knocka last raced on 25 March 2015. Mr Kirk stated that Royal Knocka is returning to racing after suffering a wrist injury and then a virus. Stewards noted Mr Kirk's comments.

Wayward Wind and Weeping Lass were quick to begin.  Scrubby Nichols, Royal Knocka, Coup D'Etat and Aerial Blitz collided approaching the 250m mark, checking Scrubby Nichols, Royal Knocka and Aerial Blitz and severely checking Coup D'Etat.  Scrubby Nichols and Weeping Lass collided approaching the winning post.

He's Panicken and Classy Sparks were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Peregrin Stealth and We Froff Dat collided at the 300m mark and again at the 275m mark.

A sample was taken from Boo Shan - the winner of the event.

Enry's Surprise was slow to begin.  Oscar and Stiegl collided soon after the start, severely checking both greyhounds.  Deadly Pace and Fear Me Roar collided soon after the start, checking Deadly Pace.  Deadly Pace and Fear Me Roar collided at the 300m mark.  Wallamba Max checked off You Won't at the 250m mark.  Pink  Martini and You Won't collided approaching the 200m mark, checking Pink Martini.  Enry's Surprise and Stiegl collided approaching the 100m mark and again approaching the 50m mark.  Steigl and Pink Martini collided approaching the 50m mark.

Oscar was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

See Him Go, Mott Haven and Fleet Return were slow to begin.  See Him Go checked off Mott Haven approaching the 200m mark.  Ima Cosmic, Lila's Girl and Fleet Return collided approaching the 150m mark, checking Lila's Girl.  Ima Cosmic and Fleet return collided approaching the winning post, checking both greyhounds.

Stewards spoke to Mr F.Vassallo trainer of Nitro Neddie with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing. Nitro Neddie last raced on 22 February 2015. Mr Vassallo stated that Nitro Neddie is returning to racing after suffering a shoulder injury. Stewards noted Mr Vassallo's comments.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Brennan trainer of Due Process with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing. Due Process last raced on 26 March 2015. Mr Brennan stated that Due Process is returning to racing after suffering a triangle muscle injury. Stewards noted Mr Brennan's comments.

Due Process was quick to begin.  Nitro Neddie, Like A Bailey and Cristal Surf were slow to begin.  Blue Away and El Toro Loco collided soon after the start.  Like A Bailey and Aristos collided at the 150m mark.

A pre-race sample was taken from Uncatchable.

Da Mishka was slow to begin.  Over Angry stumbled soon after the start.  Andelven, Over Angry, Where's Rhys and Uncatchable collided soon after the start, checking Over Angry and Andelven.  Go Little Pebble and Da Mishka collided approaching the 150m mark.  Lita's Lad checked off Uncatchable approaching the winning post.
