Miss Monteya was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

City Rambler was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hock, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Sisco Rage went up with the lids at box rise.  West On Delly was slow to begin.  Jack Kade and Ernest Bale collided soon after the start.  Dyna Nihilist crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Spring Leaf.  Dyna Nihilist, Jayney Bale and West On Delly collided on the first turn checking Jayney Bale and West On Delly, which raced wide as a result.  Allen Icarus and Sisco Rage collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Allen Icarus checked off Dyna Nihilist approaching the second turn checking Sisco Rage.  Jayney Bale checked off West On Delly entering the back straight.

Trainer Mrs L. Cockerell was fined the sum of $50 for her failure to produce the registration card for the greyhound Cornelius Fudge pursuant to GAR 33.

Mr A. Azzopardi, trainer of the greyhound Shoulders, redeclared a new weight of 32.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Shoulders last raced at 34.1kg.

Vermont was quick to begin.  Lektra Utopia, Mepunga Armagh and Mepunga Ranger collided soon after the start.  Shoulders, Cornelius Fudge and Crackerjack Max collided approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Mepunga Ranger crossed to the rail approaching the first turn and collided with Lektra Utopia and Vermont.  Shoulders checked off Lektra Utopia on the first turn.  Yadi and Lektra Utopia collided on the first turn.  Lektra Utopia checked off Mepunga Ranger approaching the second turn.  Cornelius Fudge checked off Shoulders on the second turn.  Cornelius Fudge and Crackerjack Max collided approaching the third turn. Shoulders galloped on the heels of Lektra Utopia on the third turn checking Shoulders.  Lektra Utopia raced wide on the home turn and collided with Cornelius Fudge.  Cornelius Fudge raced wide in the home straight.

Lady Toy was slow to begin.  Feikuai Polly raced wide in the front straight and collided with Love Affair and Beks.  Lady Toy and Shanlyn Lucy collided on the third turn.  Polly Bale and Beks collided on the fourth turn.  Love Affair checked off Julie Bale approaching the home turn.  Shall She Rock and Shanlyn Lucy collided on the home turn.

Lillycette was quick to begin.  Roethlisberger and Callum's Mum were slow to begin.  Ultimate Jack and Zipping Maggie collided on the first turn.  Roethlisberger checked off Dzeko on the second turn.  Ultimate Jack checked off Zipping Maggie on the third turn.  Dzeko and Mepunga Tiara collided on the third turn and again approaching the fourth turn checking Mepunga Tiara.  Lillycette checked off Zipping Maggie approaching the home turn.  Roethlisberger checked off Ultimate Jack on the home turn.  Lillycette clipped the heels of Dzeko in the home straight and stumbled as a result.

Wind Whistler, Sisco Wake and Tears Siam were slow to begin.  Tears Siam and Rumero Reason collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Wind Whistler checked off Classic Nitro on the first turn and again entering the front straight checking Rumero Reason.  Sisco Wake galloped on the heels of Gazer Bale approaching the second turn.  Classic Nitro checked off Sisco Wake on the second turn.  Rumero Reason checked off Gazer Bale approaching the home turn.  Wind Whistler and Sisco Wake collided approaching the home turn checking Sisco Wake and Rumero Reason.

Posh Fire, Lead Into Demise and Hisagi Bale were slow to begin.  Angel Of Music, Pocket Kings and Crackerjack Burn collided soon after the start.  Shout Out Loud crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Lead Into Demise.  Hisagi Bale crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Lead Into Demise.  Angel Of Music checked off Pocket Kings approaching the first turn.  Crackerjack Burn and Shout Out Loud collided on the first turn.  Angel Of Music, Posh Fire and Hisagi Bale collided on the first turn.  Dashing Roman, Angel Of Music and Crackerjack Burn collided entering the back straight checking Posh Fire, severely checking Dashing Roman and Angel Of Music.  Dashing Roman and Angel Of Music collided several times in the back straight.  Posh Fire checked off Crackerjack Burn on the third turn.
