Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Little Written upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling, a post race sample was subsequently taken.
Peter's Pride was quick to begin. Bless 'Em All and Salute The Bar were slow to begin. Lucky Andy and Little Written collided approaching the first turn checking Lucky Andy. Bless 'Em All was checked off Lucky Andy approaching the first turn and contacted the running rail. Little Written, Meteor Thunder and Regal Bulldog collided on the first turn checking Little Written and severely checking Regal Bulldog, Lucky Andy was checked as a result. Bless 'Em All crossed to the outside approaching the home turn and collided with Shakey Jet checking both greyhounds. Lucky Andy, Bless 'Em All and Regal Bulldog collided entering the home straight.
Salute The Bar was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right triangle muscle, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
