A pre race sample was taken from Brother Leo.

Seabrook Sam and Brother Leo were slow to begin.

Show Dawn, Brother Leo and Charleston collided soon after the start.  Charleston, Star Lord and Cray Cray collided on the first turn checking Star Lord and Cray Cray.  Show Dawn raced wide on the first turn and collided with Brother Leo.  Burekup Jack faltered entering the back straight and lost ground.  Daphne's Party and Star Lord collided entering the back straight checking Star Lord.  Burekup Jack, Star Lord and Cray Cray collided on the third turn checking Star Lord.

Burekup Jack was vetted following the event. it was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Sisco Wake and Lakerville were slow to begin.

Headline crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Bronco De Jurer, Headline and severely checking Virginia Rose, Lakerville and Duna Runa, causing Lakerville to fall and Duna Runa to tail off.  Bronco De Jurer clipped the heels of Tricky Mover on the second turn.  Bronco De Jurer checked off Tricky Mover on the third turn.  Tricky Mover clipped the heels of Natural Oak approaching the home turn.  

Lakerville was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.  

Duna Runa was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre race sample was taken from Lakeview Harley.

Soda Lad and Memphis Jookin' were slow to begin.

One Cup Short, Soda Lad and Memphis Jookin' collided approaching the first turn checking Soda Lad.  Simply Elite and Ko Ko Mikado collided on the first turn.  Coolan Boy galloped on Lakerview Harley approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds.  One Cup Short and Coolan Boy collided on the second turn checking Coolan Boy.  Coolan Boy and Memphis Jookin' collided on the third turn.  

Ko Ko Mikado was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left hind webbing, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Soda Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a graze to the left hind toe, no stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Cruiser's Sol - winner of the event.

Flaming Electra and Jokowi were slow to begin.

Last Boy Scout and Akina Akeira collided soon after the start.  Jokowi and Zelemar Storm collided soon after the start.  Alpha Zeus and Mine Craft collided approaching the first turn checking Mine Craft.  Last Boy Scout, Akina Akeira, Jokowi and Flaming Electra collided approaching the first turn checking Akina Akeira and Jokowi.  Mine Craft and Jokowi collided on the second turn.  Akina Akeira and Jokowi collided on the home turn.  

Alpha Zeus was vetted following the evnt. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Samples were taken from Zelemar Storm (1st) & Conspiracy (2nd).

Feikuai Polly, Beks, Uncle Ant and Seeking Justice were slow to begin.

Starc and Seeking Justice collided on the first turn checking Seeking Justice.  Vernon Bale and Beks collided on the third turn checking Beks.  Feikuai Polly and Mo Town San collided on the fifth turn and again approaching the home turn.  Feikuai Polly, Mo Town San and Seeking Justice collided approaching the home turn checking Mo Town San.  Mo Town San and Starc collided on the home turn checking Starc.  

Lektra Concord and Baron Bling were slow to begin.

Lektra Concord, Low Talker and Baron Bling collided approaching the first turn.  Soda Man and Agent Jack collided on the first turn checking Agent Jack which lost ground.  Crackerjack Burn and Baron Bling collided on the first turn.  Lektra Concord and Baron Bling collided on the second turn.  

Agent Jack was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wound to left hind toes, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Gangnam Style and Kiltah Magic were quick to begin.

Shall She Rock and Unix Bale collided on the first turn.  Kiltah Magic raced wide in the front straight.  Cosmic Wise checked off Gangnam Style on the second turn checking Sisco Rage.  Shall She Rock and Unix Bale collided on the second turn.  Kiltah Magic raced wide entering the home straight.  

Weston East was slow to begin.  Kiss Me Ketut and Secret Spell were quick to begin.

Weston East and Where's The Surf collided on the first turn checking Mystic Twist.  Kiss Me Ketut checked off Secret Spell on the first turn checking Lamia Bale.  Caustic Bale, Kiss Me Ketut and Lamia Bale collided on the second turn.

Cambridge Prince was slow to begin.

Dyna Geldof and Frattini collided soon after the start.  Lissa Breen checked off Sisco Fiasco approaching the first turn.  Morningside, Sisco Fiasco and Xtreme Knocka collided on the first turn checking Sisco Fiasco.  Shanlyn Lucy raced wide on the first turn.  Lissa Breen and Dyna Geldof collided on the second turn checking Dyna Geldof.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Drew trainer of the greyhound Frattini, which performed below market expectations. Mr Drew stated that the greyhound recieved interference soon after the start and that in his opinion the greyhound races better on pace. Mr Drew further stated that the greyhound had trialled well at the track and whilst he did not support the greyhound, he was dissapointed with tonights performance. Stewards noted the comments of Mr Drew and directed that a sample be taken from Frattini.

A pre race sample was taken from Fearless John.

Cornelius Fudge was slow to begin.

Gorham Bale, Fearless John, Oakvale Flyer, Dyna Yemen and Dyna Nico collided soon after the start checking Oakvale Flyer and Dyna Yemen.  Dyna Nico checked off Fearless John on the first turn.  Oakvale Flyer and Dyna Yemen collided on the first turn.  Quasi Bale and Mepunga Ranger collided approaching the second turn and agian on the second turn.  Quasi Bale checked off Mepunga Ranger on the home turn.  Gorham Bale and Dyna Yemen collided on the home turn.  Quasi Bale, Mepunga Ranger and Gorham Bale collided appoaching the winning post. 

Dyna Tiber was slow to begin.

Tear Away Size and Creative Karisma collided soon after the start.  Gary Doogan and Ultimate Talent collided soon after the start.  Creative Karisma, Gary Doogan and Ultimate Talent collided on the first turn. Gary Doogan and Ultimate Talent collided approaching the second turn.  Dyna Keitaro and Dyna Tiber collided approaching the second turn.  Dyna Keitaro clipped the heels of Ultimate Talent on the second turn.  Dyna Tiber raced wide in the front straight.
