A pre-race urine was taken from Comeback Charlie.
Sketchy Takeover and Yaku Bale were slow to begin.
It was noted that the muzzle of Sketchy Takeover became dislodged during the running of the event.
Tinker Bruce underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a spike wound of the right hind thigh. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Sketchy Takeover, severely checked and fell on the first turn, completed course, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Sketchy Takeover – Ordered to wear an anti–aggression muzzle in all future events in accordance with GAR 131.
