Are You Okay was slow to begin.
Plenty Of Value faltered approaching the first turn and subsequently pulled up, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right back muscle and right groin injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Whisper Pie faltered and lost ground on the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track from the back straight to the first turn and deemed it suitable for racing.
