Steward's Report
Quest For Junior and Chappy's Hikari were quick to begin. Last Cast was slow to begin.
Paw Lara and Last Cast raced wide turning into the home straight.
Sir Trenton (marred Chappy's Hikari in the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Miss Ava Torr regarding Sir Trenton’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Sir Trenton was charged with marring. Miss Torr did not enter a plea to the charge. Sir Trenton was found guilty and suspended for 28 days (2nd offence) at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
