Steward's Report
Vincent Bale and Valenzuela were slow to begin.
Mepunga Shine (severely checked turning out of the home straight and subsequently fell) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a sprained left hock. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Aston Rayner (tailed off after being severely checked as a result of Mepunga Shine falling turning out of the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
