Steward's Report
An out of competition urine sample was taken from Ellis Unit One on 21/1/2026 pursuant to GAR 139.
Grandad's Wish– New declared weight of 26.7 kg, last raced at 28.0 kg.
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Mega Indy.
Fernando Sucre and Take A Iris were quick to begin. Chloe's Fault was very slow to begin.
Fernando Sucre crossed out soon after the start and race wide throughout the event.
Fernanado Sucre (faltered on the first turn and subsequently lost ground), underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left fore carpal sprain and a right hind fibula injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
