Steward's Report
Mr. R. Henness was issued with a warning under GAR156(f) for negligence, after the greyhound Patty Bouvier was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Similarly, Club Officials were reminded of their responsibilities and the matter was referred to the Club Manager.
Saunders was quick to begin.
Saunders, checked approaching the catching pen, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and re-examined following race 8 – no apparent injury was reported.
Rosie Force, racing manners turning out of the back straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
