Steward's Report
Aston Millicent was quick to begin. Aston Ojani went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Aston Ojani (turned its head outwards on the home turn and again in the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right triangle and groin injuries. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Craig Treherne regarding Aston Ojani's racing manners. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Aston Ojani was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Treherne pleaded guilty to the charge. Aston Ojani was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
