Steward's Report
Meeting comments:
- Stewards were advised that works were conducted on the track surface following the race meeting on Thursday 6 November 2025.
- Due to a malfunction in the vision room, there was no live feed on course.

The closing time of kennelling was altered in accordance with GAR 86 due to the late arrival of Ms. Nicole Lumens who experiened significant traffic delays on–route to the track. The kennels closed at 18:05.
Irish Legend was quick to begin. Del Amitri was slow to begin.
Whatever Mate (visibly eased in the home straight), underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right fore carpal sprain and a left hind back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Adam Helleren regarding Whatever Mate’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Whatever Mate was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Helleren pleaded not guilty to the charge. Whatever Mate was found guilty and suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
