Steward's Report
Pretty Follie was quick to begin.
Pat Ability, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left calf injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Ms. Paula Gray regarding Pat Ability’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Pat Ability was charged with marring. Ms. Gray pleaded not guilty to the charge. Pat Ability was found guilty and suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
