Steward's Report

Bruce was a late scratching at 4:26pm by Order of Stewards after it was established that the incorrect greyhound had been presented. At a subsequent inquiry, Stewards issued a charge under GAR 86 to Mr. Ben Joske for failing to present the correct greyhound to the Stewards for this event. Mr. Joske pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $250. The 28 day stand down period imposed on Bruce was revoked.

Plush was slow to begin.

A post-race urine sample was taken from Angry Man - the winner of the event.
