Steward's Report
A urine sample was taken from Lavender Eve upon arrival at the course.
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Cosmic Pass.
Cosmic Pass was quick to begin. Radiate began awkwardly and lost ground.
Cosmic Pass (tired over the concluding stages) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left pencil muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards interviewed kennel representative Mrs. Emma Scott in relation to the scratching of Magic Foxy from this event. After considering evidence from Mrs. Scott and the greyhound's recent history of scratchings, Stewards ordered that the greyhound must be presented to the Shepparton Greyhound Racing Club meeting on Thursday, 1 May 2025 for the purpose of a veterinary examination. Further, Stewards require a veterinary certificate of fitness to be produced before any further nominations are accepted for Magic Foxy, in accordance with GAR19(3)(w).
In accordance with LR 40.2, Mr. Alan Tharle was issued with a warning regarding non–compliance with the GRV Dress Standards.
