Lektra Fred was quick to begin. Our Country Boy was slow to begin.
Black Compass (severely checked turning off the back straight and subsequently fell), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasion's to the left metacarpal. No stand down period was imposed.
A post-race urine sample was taken from Wellerman - the winner of the event.
