Krtaken Force was quick to begin. King Matteo and Raging Elsa were slow to begin.
Twilight Sleuth (checked and fell on the first turn) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasion's on the left hind digit. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Leonardo Zeal (checked and fell on the first turn) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right fibula injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards noted that the finish timing system for this event displayed the wrong time on the semaphore board.
