Steward's Report
A urine sample was taken from Spanish Bullet, upon arrival to the course.
Kraken Hook and Snow Royale were slow to begin.
Snow Royale raced wide throughout the event.
Anoke (turned its head to the outside approaching the winning post) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr. Vincent Daffy regarding Anoke’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Anoke was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Daffy pleaded not guilty to the charge. Anoke was found guilty and suspended for 28 days (2nd offence) at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
