Aston Riot was quick to begin. Shy Cabang, River George and Long Levers were slow to begin.
River George (faltered and tailed off turning out of the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left groin and right triangle injury and abraded left paw. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
