Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 75(6), Mrs. Jane Hooke, Club Official, did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way affected the outcome of this event.
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Tinker Goose.
Small Demeanour, Tom's Bourbski and Hello Cooper were slow to begin.
Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Craig Burns regarding the racing manners of Tinker Goose approaching the winning post. Mr. Burns advised Stewards that Tinker Goose was stepping up slightly in distance today and having its fourth start back after a spell. Mr. Burns further advised Stewards that he believed the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post could be attributed to Tinker Goose tiring over the concluding stages of the event. Stewards noted Mr. Burns' comments and after viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, no further action was taken.
