Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 75(7), Steward Ms. D. Barber did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Mr N. Mason was issued with a warning under GAR156(f) for negligence, after the greyhound Darren's Tiger was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.
Club Officials were reminded of their responsibilities after the greyhound Darren's Tiger was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation.
Cachi, Hillbilly King and Ripped Mikado were slow to begin.
Cachi and Hillbilly King raced wide throughout the event.
Hudson Flyer (racing manners approaching the 50m mark) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abraded left front stopper. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr John McCallum regarding the racing manners of Hudson Flyer approaching the 50m mark. After hearing submissions from Mr. McCallum, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
