Discouraged (checked on the turn into the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race urine sample was taken from Mia Blonde – the winner of the event.
Zipping Torvill – Trainer Mr. Dallan Klemke was queried as significant betting fluctuations were observed by Stewards. The comments of Mr. Klemke were noted. A post–race urine sample was taken from Zipping Torvill – unplaced in the event.
