A pre-race urine sample was taken from He's Magic.
He's Magic was slow to begin.
A post-race blood sample was taken from Pretty Capri - the winner of the event.
Pretty Capri (Steward's request) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.
Stewards interviewed Mr. Michael Katsiris in relation to the bona fides of the withdrawal of Zipping Spartan from this race. Mr Katsiris explained that Zipping Spartan sustained a stopper bone injury on Monday when being worked. Stewards noted Mr. Katsiris's explanation.
