Steward's Report
Be A Shadow was slow to begin. Bev's Fairy went up with the lids and was slow to begin.
Alfred's Angel (severely checked turning off the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. Barry Harper regarding the racing manners of Bev's Fairy entering the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Harper, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
A post-race urine sample was taken from Quick Response - the winner of the event.
