Steward's Report
Stormy Neo, Do Something and Doongalla Shane were quick to begin. Fuji Apple and Paw Barton were slow to begin.
Fuji Apple underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to kennel representative Mr. Dylan Sharp regarding the racing manners of the greyhound approaching the first turn. After hearing submissions from Mr. Sharp, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, a warning was issued. Stewards also questioned Mr. Sharp after the greyhound was a signifcant drifter in betting markets. Stewards noted Mr. Sharp's explanation and directed a sample to be taken from the greyhound.
