Steward's Report
Rochard was quick to begin. Contagious Allen was slow to begin.
Double Infared (visibily eased and turned its head to the outside in the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Graeme Campbell regarding Double Infared’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Double Infared was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Campbell pleaded guilty to the charge. Double Infared was suspended for 28 days (2nd offence) at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
